Where do your cruises go? We cruise to Emerald Bay, one of the most photographed spots in the world.

How should I dress for the cruise?: Lake Tahoe averages 205 sunny days per year and we cruise rain or shine! Our boats have inside and outside seating and we try to cruise daily so guests are encouraged to check the weather and dress accordingly.
Layers are suggested.

Can I bring my own food/drink? We have a full bar for refreshments and snacks on board for purchase but do not allow outside food/beverage.

Are pets allowed? For space and safety concerns, only certified service dogs are allowed on the cruise.

Are there restrooms on the boat? Yes, there are several, however, we encourage guests to use the land based restrooms before or after the cruise.

Is smoking allowed? Our boats are smoke-free.

Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair? Strollers and wheelchairs need to be able to be folded to bring aboard, then can be opened once inside.

How deep is the lake? Lake Tahoe is 1645 ft deep and is 6229 ft above sea level. It is the highest, deepest lake in the world!

How big is Lake Tahoe? Lake Tahoe is 12 miles wide and 22 miles long, 72 miles around. There is enough water in Lake Tahoe to cover the state of California in 14 inches of water!

What does “Tahoe” mean? It is the Washoe tribe’s name for “big water”

What kind of fish are in Lake Tahoe? Lake Tahoe has 3 species of trout (Mackinaw, German Brown, and Rainbow), as well as Kokanee salmon.

Will I see the island and the waterfall? Yes, both the island and waterfall are visible in Emerald Bay, as is Vikingsholm castle.
