It is our honor to win Best Cruise on the lake for the past six years and it is definitely an honor that is shared. We work hard to find crew members and office staff who see the vision, and who are dedicated to making the cruise experience “the best thing we did while in Tahoe”, which is one of our most frequent compliments. Our crew, as well as those who work in the office, understand that hospitality is our specialty. We don’t have passengers, we have guests, and we strive hard to make our guests feel like part of the family from their first inquiry to when they finish their cruise. This award is also shared with our supportive concierges and referral sources. They know that we love what we do and so they refer guests to our cruise knowing that they will get the best possible experience. Finally, we share this with our guests, many of whom come back time and again to cruise with us. Their votes speak volumes as to their trust, and we don’t take that lightly. We love our guests and love what we do, so being voted the best is simply a testament to that dedication.
